Events of a few minutes ago reminded me I'd forgotten to put another chain on the limeline.

November 7: Notice small spots on face
November 8: Start screaming from larger spots on face. Call father, who suggests allergies, stress, or smallpox
November 10: Email digital photos to father for him to share with dermatologist
November 11: Spots blister up. Father calls back and says the spots are shingles.
November 13 (today), 4:40 (just now): Blisters peel off, searing, searing pain.
NEED VICODIN VERY VERY BADLY!!! ANY LJ PEOPLE HAVE ANY? SHINGLES ARE REALLY REALLY PAINFUL AFTER THE BLISTERS PEEL OFF AND BESIDES THAT MY FACE LOOKS DISGUSTING AND ALSO MY BOYFRIEND IS GRIEVING AND I FEEL LIKE I CAN'T REALLY BITCH ABOUT IT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!
I also have a bottle of brandy in my bag which is getting brandished the fucking SECOND I walk out of work today, public drinking laws be damned.
