I don't carry a bag in my personal life, but I do carry a bag at work.
In that bag is assorted hand tools. A Fluke processmeter. Safety glasses. Latex gloves. Miscellaneous electrical connectors and airline fittings. A spare oxygen sensor. pH litmus paper.

Depending on the job some other parts or speciality tools would be added.
