Naraku is indeed Kagome's father. That is irrefutable. In addition, Naraku is indeed still a virgin where he is in time. He needs to live through to the future to become her father. Killing him now would erase Kagome's existance and muck up a lot more than that. However, there is a way of destroying the Kazaana in your hand without killing Naraku.
