Hey guys. So I'm not dead, for those of you who were wondering. I do look like shit, though, so be warned. I'm still at the hospital. They put me on an iv drip, but they said I'm going to be fine. They're letting me go home tonight ( Read more... )

still slightly wobbly, needs to eat a ton of kale, that hurt like crap, will not piss off any vampires in the fu, sad stephen is sad

Uh, like I suffered major bloodloss? They put me on some pretty awesome painkillers, though.

And chicken noodle soup because it has magical healing properties. You can pick around the chicken or something.

[She sits down in a chair next to the bed.] Awesome painkillers are definitely the upside.

Is that a good thing? I usually hear people bawl about getting their wisdom teeth out which would make more sense in this case.

Yeah. It hurt like a bitch. So does getting your throat torn open. But uh... good drugs both times.

I will be company then. [She wrinkles her nose a bit and nods.] They all have that smell. OH

[And she digs in her giant purse, pulls out a scented candle from her store and Gardina lotion. The lotion she puts on her hands, the candle goes on the nightstand and she digs around for a lighter.]

There. Maybe that'll make it better. [It's probably violating fire codes too but she doesn't much care.]

Girly smell trumps hospital smell. [She sits back down and wafts candle scent plus hand lotion scent in his direction.] I should have brought you coffee too. The good kind with extra shots.

I'm not allowed coffee for a few days. Or booze. It's like when you donate blood, but worse. Obviously.
