695: il a tourné à gauche!!
I got home later than expected by ma mère, which made her slightly angry because she'd just served up tea. With nothing for me of course, but no big deal, because I got myself a pizza and had some left over pasta. Lots of letters from Sheffield Uni arrived through the post today in quite hefty big bags/envelopes. So, yes, the good news is, I have a place to stay for the next year! At Tapton Hall, Catered residence. And it just so happens to be about a minute's walk from mischa_craven's current house. Bit of a shame she's moving out on the 1st September! :( I'll be moving in on 16th/17th, which is an awkward time, because its Han's Birthday! I'll just have to hope I can get everything moved in properly on Saturday so that Sunday is free. All being well, and all going to plan, I'll be able to manage that. But in any case, "poo!" for the annoying timing. At least she's coming back to Sheffield that week (hopefully, most likely :) yay!) So, yeah, I've spent since about 7pm this evening reading through contracts and legal notices and filling in forms and paying for things and such, but I have a guaranteed place in Catered Halls of Residence, so wahey! Phew, thats a big relief of my back, I didn't know whether I would get in, having an "S" postcode, even though I live in Chesterfield where the numbers get really big... a lá S43! I also have Welcome Packs and Registration stuff and Module Books and all kinds of other things I need to do next, but all that accomodation stuff has worn me out enough already! But I'll take a look at all these books later this evening (it's already quite late) or maybe tomorrow (because of that previous parenthesised point!) and hopefully I'll be going somewhere. Everythings moving scarily fast now. Scary. But kinda exciting. And then scary again. And... well, its fluctuating.
