(no subject)
Having been playing Eve online for 3 weeks now i have to say im enjoying it more than i thought i would. Where as Simon finds the online economy appealing, im more drawn to the player vs player aspect of things.
And while you can trade, mine ore, manipulate the virtual economy and become vastly wealthy i still think there wont be anything better than hearing the gentle sobbing of a carebear as you suicide bomb his ship and make him hopefully loose millions or billions of ingame currency. Theres also the "Give me some money or i will blow your ship up." approach that might also be amusing.
While Eve might have a vastly smaller player base than World of warcraft the fact its all one universe and not 100's of identical worlds that each contain people in them makes eve feel alot bigger.
Anyway ive read peoples blogs of them playing and seen how they have developed over a year or so, and so while im not quite going to do the same i thought i might note various things so that i can remember em later.

Naming the bloody ships is the hardest part, so suggestions welcome.
