Anybody need an apartment?
I need someone to take over my lease!
Anyone need a 480sqft studio apartment for $480 a month (normally $560)? I live off Riverside & IH-35. You can either take over the lease and sign with the apartment yourself, or, you can sublet from me until May 31st.
Starting either February or March 1st. The sooner the better. I need to find someone!! if anything, keep an ear out for me :)
Any questions, feel free to ask (except "why are you leaving?" I don't feel like answering that one right now, unless you're a serious applicant).
Thanks- if we find someone, it's a HUGE help to me, you have no idea.
