Hi!

I decided to make this entry public, because I thought it might be beneficial to more than just the people on my friends list.

Today I start my diet. I've been going to the gym every day for over a month, exercising and lifting weights; but it's not giving me the exact results that I'm looking for. I'm gaining a lot of muscle, but not losing very much weight. So I decided to start a diet. OMG A DIET, YOU'RE NOT EVEN FAT!!!! Yes, a diet. Typically, every human being (EVEN THE NON-FAT ONES!) should have a healthy diet anyway. Veggies, fruits, "good carbs". All that shit. So, that's what I'm doing. Unfortunately this diet requires that I take measurements. :( Measurements aren't good for me because.. like.. ew.

So anyway. Here are my measurements and percentages and shit, for the whole free world to see.
Age: 22
Height: 61 inches
Weight: 114
Heart rate: 69BPM (I guess average is between 50 and 100. People who work out a lot will have a lower Heart Rate, closer to "50". So I guess I'm somewhere in the middle).

Neck: 12.5in
Shoulders: 35.92in
Chest: 30.65in
Abdomen: 25.6in
Waist: 26.45in
Hips: 33.4in
Thigh: 20.48in
Knee: 14.46in
Calf: 12.97in
Ankle: 8.48in
Arm: 11.28in
Forearm: 8.48in
Wrist: 5.57in

When I first tested my body fat, it said that my body consisted of 46% fat, which is like... morbidly obese. I freaked out for like 30 seconds before I grew a brain and saw that I had input 23 inches as my height, as opposed to 61. Hello, retard! Anyway.

Body fat: 21% (Which is like 1% below the average female's body fat percentage. So, yay!)

I'm supposed to re-measure after 4 weeks, but there's no way I can wait that long. I'm not quite that fucking patient. At any rate, I wanna lose about 15 pounds. Yes, I want to weigh 99!! I'm only 5'1, people. 99 is fine. I could stand to lose like 300 pounds off my ass alone. My freckin hips are 33 inches wide. NOT OKAY. That's like... almost three feet around. WHAT IS THAT. I'm only 5 feet tall to begin with, and now you're telling me that my ASS is half as wide as I am tall!? Insane. I told you, measurements are just fucking evil.

Anyway. It'll be fun, waking up and eating raspberries and stuff. I have a giant shopping list to take care of. I think Rich is going to do this with me as well, because otherwise it will be too tempting to watch him eat Pizza's and things of that nature. I can't do it.

So when he wakes up, I'll take his measurements; and then I'll log both of our shit in here whenever I re-measure. Rich is getting deployed for the entire month of June though, so it might not work out too well for him; because he can't pick his meals on a ship. Tough shit for him!
