So I figured it's about time I post something about this. Though I am a lazy person and the flailiness has passed so I'll copy my post from DGD's chapter thread. xD Don't kill meh.
Some parts were in response to other people's posts, so if you don't understand those parts... that's why. xD
*SQUEALS* LAVI LAVI LAVI LAVI LAVI AND LENALEE AND KANDA AND ALMA AND FFFFFFFFFFFFF OMG!!! THIS CHAPTER IS SO EPIC THAT WORDS CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I LOVED IT JUST... OH MY GOD. ALSO, TOKUSA'S BACK IS HAWT, LENALEE IS HAWT, LAVI IS FREAKING SMOKING HAWT AND SO IS KANDA, AND ALMA IS CUTE

I... just... wow. Most of my thoughts have already been said, so... Particularly Melody Spectrum's and Darklight's post... Hoshino REALLY did this very well, and the art was GORGEOUS! Alma really still looked like Alma, even before his hair returned to normal.
Ohhhhh, Alma, and Kanda. Just... wow. Those two. I... can't express in words how much I love Hoshino for doing all of this that she's doing it. Of course people thought of the possibility that she would turn it into some sentimental thing and I don't think very many would like that, but... I never ever doubted her and I'm not disappointed, even with my expectations up so high. Her skills in writing characters is... inhuman. I love it SO MUCH. She's a great source of inspiration for me, really, just... wow.
Nekolady: Well, Tevak most likely helped before she began transforming, or whatever you're supposed to call that. And I mean, it's not like he has beaten them yet or anything. What is he supposed to do, just sit and die? XDD
Chestrikefan: I don't think that it's Innocence.
I think Alma is mostly just angry. But of course he would want the humans to repent for what they did to him, Kanda and everyone. But I think he blames Kanda for it mostly because he's very angry and hurt. Kanda did really betray him, after all, to hunt for something that may not even exist anymore. Even if I found that a very strong desicion of Kanda - err, sorta, it's not really for the right, uh, reason, or something, sort of naïve - I understand that Alma just hates Kanda for that.

I also really love Hoshino for Earl switching between Allen and 14th and having that double meaning! That the kanji said 14th, apparently, I mean. That was just... awesome.
