Some combination of springtime, New Orleans, and job loss has me feeling more energetic and upbeat than I have in a few months. I'm hoping it will last.
In the meantime, I've finally gotten my Year of the Rabbit card designs where I want them, spent Monday and Tuesday carving, and spent yesterday printing the first fifty.
(I'm on a relief printmaking mailing list that does annual new years card exchanges. It's lovely getting handprinted cards from all over the world. And the fact that I'm still getting cards at a rate of about one a week means I'm not feeling too far behind.)
I'll be posting images of the actual cards in a few days, as I'd like it to go up on the fsp blog at the same time.
Flying Seal Press, by the way, now has a new website at www.flyingsealpress.com. It's still in progress, but I think it's a step in the right direction.
