I arranged to meet with one of the professors today, because I value her imput and finally think I have enough stuff for it to be worth trying to show someone. She seems to like what I'm doing and thinks if things continue (and I make sure to finish some of the things I'm currently working on) I should be fine for semester reviews, which was a great relief.
The prayer flags are proceeding, though the material continues to be a challenge to print on.
This is an intaglio plate I'm working on (to the right) based on the photograph (on the left). It looks like a negative because I am step-biting it, slowly covering up plate from light-dark as I etch.
