Sorry guys, i have been so busy that i could not meet anyone up for the past few weeks. There had been to many things going on in my camp especially admin that i have to run about in the weekends getting it done... Well sorry...

ok, pardon me, now back to the news, my knee has been doing good and i am able to walk, only during the 1st aid training, i have been having a lot of troubles with the CPR(which involves kneeling). So, i will be joining in the squad soon i hope, Darren says no but i will try... heehee
