So. I just finished watching Donnie Darko. For the very first time. I get that Donnie is a disturbed young man, but aside from that, can anyone around here tell me what the fuck this movie is about? I heard Jake say he has no idea what the movie is about, so how can I be expected to figure it out? I know it has a cult following but it seems like a big mess to me. Maybe one of you can explain......
