Court Martial (1x14)
Summary: Kirk is accused of criminal negligence causing the death of one of his subordinates, Lt. Commander Benjamin Finney, and is put on trial for his murder.
Kirk: "You have to be either an obsessive crackpot who’s escaped from his keeper or Samuel T. Cogley, attorney-at-law!"
Sam Cogley: "You're right on both counts. Need a lawyer?”
Kirk: "I'm afraid so."
