The Shadow Land
These shadows have consumed me
Following my every step
Watching me with haunting eyes
Eyes that see everything
I hide in the unknown corners
Of this dreary world
But the eyes of the shadow
They still see me
Run as I may there is no escape
I am forever trapped
In this shadowy wasteland
Never to return
To the place where the sun doth shine
Forever alone
In this shadow world
...yeah...im not sure how i feel about this one...its the first free verse i've done in awhile...i may delete when i read it later...so tell me what you think
