I'm deciding to update for a change! Yaaaaay! Everyone cheer!
There are a lot of things that we learn in life, a lot of which we're forced to learn by the damn government! *shakes fist* But today, I learned something that I didn't exactly NEED to know, but was interested in anyways.
Mr. Titus: And how was the character selfish?
Nina: Um... Well...
Mr. Titus: You bring up a good point though. Because everyone's selfish, all the time. Even when you give something away.
Class: *Stares in utter disbelief*
Sarah: Can you give us an example of that?
Mr. Titus: An example? Sure. How many of you have ever volunteered? Why do we volunteer? What about that makes us selfish? Ms. Carlisle?
Sarah: Because we want the gratitude...
Garret: You stole my answer!
Mr. Titus: Exactly. Even though we volunteer, and give something away, the reason we do it is because it makes us feel good inside.
Now take that you selfish shrewd bastards! Lol. I'm kidding, I love you all.
