My poem
I close my eyes to escape all my fears
to search for a place where I can be free
I'm searching for my place of release, you
Yet as I am here, my nightmares still haunt me.
I'm reaching out for you, cant you see me?
I'm positioned here, look out and see
I'm crying out for you, cant you hear?
Once again I am losing you, my neverending fear.
There I am, in your arms, where I am safe
I close my eyes tighter to feel your embrace
The warmth of your breath against my neck
The feeling of your heart as it begins to pick up pace.
You were torn away from me, now I feel alone
I am out of your arms, could I have slipped away?
Touch me again, show me you are there, youre not
I know I will get to be with you, not on this day.

Dream of a place where it can be just you and me.
Of a place where no one is around
A never-was land where forever we will be."
