First of all, thank you to the anon who sent me the chocolate vgift! It warmed my heart :)
I got back from my trip to Illiois in the wee hours of last night/this morning, and today I'm working on cleaning and getting back into the swing of things here, backreading through my friends list and leaving late comments. And hugging the cat, who is less angry than I thought he would be at being left alone.
The trip was great! I'm terrible at remembering to take pictures but I have a few for when I make a proper post. There's also a bunch of half-written things that I really need to get finished and posted soon.
