It's my last semester. Here's the run down. Mondays and Wednesdays Bio Lab, break, Painting, Poetry Writing, and Bio Lecture. Tuesdays and Thursdays The History of Life (geology), break, Urban Politics, Textile Design (weaving...and no not basket weaving! :P) Nothing seems that difficult yet, although my lack of sleep is killing me. Plus I'm back on the coffee again which is only making me more anxious. So, I've got to work on that. My classes really aren't that interesting except for Painting, Weaving, and perhaps Poetry Writing. I think I might really like weaving. I mean to the extent that I would like to continue with it after having this class. It's the most methodical thing I've done in a while. There are so many steps and it really takes patience. So, I'm surprised that it's not driving me crazy yet. We haven't actually gotten to the real weaving part yet. So, far we've only (and this most likely doesn't make any sense if you don't know a thing about weaving) wound the warp, sleyed the reed, and threaded the heddles. You have to lean over the whole time and it puts a little strain on your back. After getting back from class last night I kept thinking about the whole process. I'm so eager to actually start weaving tomorrow.
