Anne sat somewhat on the back, drinking wine and trying her best not to be noticed. She was feeling rather worn out and didn't really feel like socializing with a lot of people; she was just there to watch Bella perform - what that little redhead did incredibly well.

Bella noticed Anne later in the evening and went over to her friend with a big smile, "Hey! you finally go to watch me perform. How'd I do?"

Anne stood up and kissed Bella's forehead."Yes, finally. And it was wonderful. You've got talent." She pulled a chair for her friend to sit. "Care to join me?"

The kiss immediately made Bella blush, why did Anne always manage to do that to her? She bit her bottom lip as she listened to the compliments and nodded as she sat down beside Anne, "Thank you, that means a lot to me."

"I'm just saying the truth." Anne stated simply, as she sat beside Bella. "It's a marvelous thing, having musical talent. I wish I could see you working as a DJ too." She let her arm rest on the back of Bella's chair, out of habit, and looked around. "Do you perform anywhere else?"

"Yeah, I play at a lot of different clubs around town randomly though. I can definitely let you know when I have another gig coming up. I would love for you to attend, DJing is one of my favorite things to do," Bella explained with a happy smile. She really did enjoy having Anne as her friend and it was a lot more enjoyable to perform when a friend was around.

"Sounds perfect." Anne said softly. "I'm in serious need of good party and good music." She explained and sipped her wine. "I bet you're a kick ass DJ, just like you're a great singer as well."

"Well, you've found the right person to help you out with that one. And I think I'm a pretty decent DJ, but I think I sing better than I DJ sometimes," Bella admitted with a smile as she sipped from her water.

"I'm glad. I need to party at least once in a while, or I'll inevitably feel too nerdy for my own standards." Anne joked and started to play with Bella's hair. "Oh, by the way, do you want me to take some posters? Something in the lines of 'Bella I love you', 'You're the best', or 'Marry me'?" Anne laughed freely.

Bella couldn't help but let out a loud laugh at the mental image she was getting of Anne carrying around posters for her and shook her head, "Oh please don't! I would be so incredibly embarrassed and no one wants to go home with the DJ anyway."

Anne smirked. "You know, it'd be real funny to get you embarassed like that." She laughed, pícturing in her head the situation. "It's okay, don't worry. I'll try to behave. Being "try" the key word in that sentence, if you haven't noticed."

"Well, as long as you try then I guess I can't complain too much," Bella answered with a small grin and a soft laugh, "I might never speak to you again though if you do embarrass me."

Anne pouted and tried to make a sad face and hold the laughter. "You mean we wouldn't survive a tiny little insignificant silly embarrassment?"

Bella shook her head, she hated when girls pouted, it was just too cute and the ways she could erase that pout went through her head, "That is not tiny little insignificant silly embarrassment, maybe if you had a shirt that wouldn't be so bad, but a sign is bad."

Anne laughed. "Oh, alright. I'll think of a shirt. Something in the lines of "everybody wants to sleep with the DJ". How about that?" She sipped her wine.

"That is absolutely hilarious and I may allow that," She couldn't help but laugh and shake her head, the idea of anyone wearing a shirt like that for her was hilarious.
