Has anyone else noticed the decline in service at the Post Office? Ever since we moved to CA, it seems like we've been having problems with them. We've had birthday cards and netflix discs stolen, packages go astray, etc. I sent a package via Priority Mail to VA to return an item the beginning of August and it still hasn't arrived - went to the PO today to ask if I could file a claim and they would barely talk to me. Apparently I'm SOL if I didn't remember to add tracking and didn't add insurance. It feels like there's no point in even sending anything besides letters via PO anymore.
