Hello all, maybe you can help me out so my parents will get off my back!
I'm fresh out of university with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (my major was drawing and painting) and I'm looking for some sort of job (full time or part time) that I can put my degree to work. I have no idea of places that I can work in, I actually have an interest studying environmental science so I'm not looking for something that will turn into my career. I like working with kids, but I figure the only paying job would be part time after school art programs or volunteer work at community centres. I wouldn't mind being an artists assistant (or something along those lines?), but I have no idea where to start with that. I'd work on commission but art is really just a hobby for me, not something I'd like to do full-time. If anyone has any suggestions, ideas or job opportunities I'd really appreciate any feedback! I'm so desperate :( Even if it has to do with environmental science...I just don't have any experience in that field yet....TIA!!
