Tournament Redux...
Okay so the tournament totally blowed... My deck which everyone said was super awesome, great combos and idea and la di da di da... Well it decided yesterday that it wasn't going to work... AT ALL!!!!! I mean, after 5 rounds, I had 1 win and 4 losses. Each round is best two games out of three. I didn't win a single game... NOT ONE! OMG like what the hell!? You wanna know how I got my one stinky little win? I had a bye. That means the one time I won was because I didn't have an opponent. All that did for me was get me an EA (normal card with more of the artwork on it) and that's all. The day was crap in that respect. Now in the other respect I had a blast chilling with people I don't see very awesome. David judged again, and from the 401ers Colin, Luc, William, and Ken were also playing. Francois showed up later to draft, and Matt and his cousin came by for the draft and chilling and learning purposes too. Truth be told I think everyone had a good time. Bobby showed up and built his deck at the convention centre... He still won a round too. He had a killer hangover and like no sleep... I hate him lol. All in all a good day.
So today I'm getting ready for a trip to Sudbury. I'm there for several days with my bestfriend hanging out and having fun, but I will be back by next weekend... How much I post though while I'm there I don't know yet... We will see.
Anyways, I'm off... Lots to do and very little time to do it all in.
