The Oracle CRM On Demand group is looking to expand its world-class development team, which has created the top ranked Oracle Siebel CRM On Demand Product (www.crmondemand.com). Our group has helped to pioneer the Software As A Service (SaaS) business and advanced the industry by our innovative feature set, UI, and our leading edge infrastructure.

Brief Description
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
Detailed Description
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
Job Requirements
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of work experience in enterprise software product development
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience in C++ or Java
Experience in SQL
Experience in OOP/OOD and Data Modeling
Experience in Internet/Web-based application development
Knowledge of D/HTML, JavaScript, Java, Servlet, J2EE and XML is highly desirable
Knowledge and experience in J2EE deployment and best practices is desirable
Knowledge of one of the following RDBMS is highly desirable: DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server
Knowledge of Oracle Siebel Tools is desirable
Proven application of sound software development practices during all phases of the development cycle: specification, design, implementation, test/debug, documentation, rollout, maintenance
Strong track record in delivering complex, high quality software to production users in a timely fashion
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Amount of Travel No Travel
