It also sounds like something my Mum emailed me yesterday:

"Went to the Counsellor yesterday, haven't been for a while. Closure for me in a few areas. Last night was the best night sleep I've had in a very long time. I recommend that you give it a go."

lol, yes she seems to be suggestive selling me a counselor :D

Yeah, I've been popping in and out of therapy for years. They've always been, 'what's happened in the past? Why are you this way?' but Michael was 'okay, lets give you a new direction'.
It really helped. If you can find something like that, I totally recommend it.

Yeh, it seems like they just want to know why you're how you are... they don't seem to get that sometimes it doesn't matter, the future is what is important!

i think it would be good to find someone like that.

I don't need someone to dwell on the past but give me direction and motivation for the future! And boy do I need a little inspiration :)

Evidently that phone call never worked. I'm not 100% sure what happened to be honest and it really irked me.
