Vacation
For the last week I was on vacation.
The dh, kids, and I went to the columbia gorge to see She Who Watches, and camped in the Columbia Hills Campground. That night was amazing! There was a huge wind storm that ripped part of the tent. At 2:30 am everything went still, and I went out and meditated under an incredible sky.
We saw Crater Lake, the Redwoods, many beaches, the Trees of Mystery, the End of the Trail museum, seals, chipmunks, squirrels, deer, eagles, hawks, falcons, vultures, and bats.
I also saw Paul Bunyan and Babe. I wonder how many other people's kids think the hanging sack under Babe is his udders. Oh, that was an amusing conversation.
