Big picspam
I've been meaning to post the first batch of these for ages, but I needed to sort them out, resize for the web, and so on! The second lot are a few shots from Henley Royal Regatta at the weekend. I went on Saturday, had a lovely day, drank slightly too much Pimm's, caught up with old friends, and actually took some photos. Most were of friends, so no point posting them, but I caught a beautiful gondola thing, and I'm quite pleased with the effectiveness of the pictures of the fireworks at the end of the night.
Brompton Cemetery is near me. It's a proper old Victorian cemetery with angels and mausoleums as well as a small forces' graveyard, a lot of Polish graves, and a healthy squirrel and pigeon population. It's running a bit wild and is rather lovely in a dishevelled sort of way. I wandered over one afternoon at the end of May.
