Yeah, right...
I was given a quote to fix a hole punching machine today. A two months old hole punching machine whose sole purpose in life is to put 21 tiny little holes on the side of pieces of paper so they can be bound.
To replace a spare part that costs $17.95, they want to charge $225 in call out and labour. In fact, the call out fee of $155 was for them to come out to the office, open up the machine and said “Yep, it’s broken.”….what a joke…
I wonder if they know Spotlight is making all of their employees sign a workplace agreement contract to lose all of their rights and overtime for an extra $0.02 an hour.
