You ain't no Stephen Harper
So, lately some people, via the rumour mill, have questioned decisions I have made or things I have done or am doing.
Apparently, anything I do in the SCA MUST have a political motive attached to it. I am either bucking for a Board position or to regain my job as Baron.....or some other really powerful, well-paid position I know nothing about.
No matter what I do.......it is considered politically motivated......runs something, help someone out, even sleep with someone.
Well, maybe I should start using that then........if I am going to be accused of it I may as well benefit from it.....
So, if you invite me to something you should probably tell me how it will benefit me politically.....because, apparently, I don;t do stuff for the pure pleasure of doing it. And if I ever hear you accuse me of being motivated politically to do stuff without justification, you will get shit from me unless you can prove how it will benefit me from now on.
Tired of the unwashed masses bitching about crap that they are too lazy to lift a finger to help. Think my doing a job is motivated politically? Then get your saggy ass off of the couch and do it yourself.......and when you reap those huge rewards...come tell me how easy that was....
