Long Weekend
We went to Fowler on Saturday... the cemetary out there wasn't as great as one of the two that we went to yesterday in Elmdale. It's up on a hill, small and quaint. The grave were so old that some you couldn't read anymore. A few headstones were broken, which was sad. There was one big one for a whole family and bushes had grown over half of it. Some graves had trees that had grown out of them. Tiny graves for babies. From the late 1800's up to '93 was the latest I saw I do believe. Some old, old graves. One stone was laid on the ground and I had to wipe the grass from it just to read it. Her name was Addie Tate. It was from the early 1900's I think. I wish I had the camera with me yesterday. =( Because the other cemetary has a church located in the back of the cemetary. It was used from 1897 to 1999 it said. It's usually locked... but it wasn't yesterday. It was creepy... just the feeling... I liked it. =) I love cemetaries. We still need to go to Resthaven... which is on Kellogg located between Wichita and Goddard. If anybody who reads this knows where that is... probably only 1 or 2. Anywho... I had a good day today. Twitch came over to see me. He asked "permission to come over". lol! That's what he said. Man! My friends should know that they're allowed to come over at any hour. If it's after 9 or 10 they need to call me first. And once they get here they need to call at least. I had a fairly good weekend. Just alot of nothing to see when we were driving. But I got to drive on the dirt road to our cousin's house's. Which was great! Cuz I did good. =) My mom said I did alot better this year. She wanted me to drive on the highway because she was getting tired... but yesterday was my 4th time driving a car, ever... and so that means... I wouldn't be able to do the highway. All in all... I had fun. =)
