I've got a quandary. ( ._.) About what to use for icons for a certain character that has gone through about a million different looks as his series has gone on.
I think you should go with drawn, and not just cause I like del art. :3 It's cause while I've played all sorts of funky-lookin characters, I know how irritating it is to find a coherent set of icons or icons that match the mental image you've formed. It leaves you going BUT THAT'S...NOT QUITE...IT :( and that's distracting.
So I think you should have fun and draw all your favorite bits to make your own new one. :3 I would do that if I was a delibeen.
I might be persuaded into drawing one or two icons iffin' you need. Maybe this combined with TM: Head-On icons? Just crop as much to his face as possible to avoid baldy + suitless?
Also: there might be some remote chance to do a PB for a couple of icons if there were some eerily appropriate actor? Granted, the search for such would probably take ages.
Wow, does that takes me back to the tender young PS1 days. :o
If it helps, I'm at the same icon dead lock with creating an original character too...Although mine's a kitty, instead of a crazy blood sport race creator. I'm thinking I might end up mixing and matching my icons between PBs and hand drawn art.
