((CALLING STUDENTS! - Miyavi, Okita, and Amane))
The nylon of his pants swished as Ichiro headed down the hall. It was a uniform Ichiro loved to wear, the blue and white wind suit and clean white sneakers. He had been a good mood ever since he had tennis practice the game always did that for him. He couldn't imagine never being able to play tennis

Normally, Amane wouldn't have been so worried about having detention; in Korea she had skipped more than a few, but when you had one with friends, lead by friends it was really just like hanging out and Amane was excited to get to talk to Okita again. Amane's shoes slid to a halt when she reached the door someone had said was the right room. Here goes nothing, she thought, opening the door and walking in.
Inside, Toriyama was sitting in a very intimidating stance. Amane jumped a little when she first saw him then grinned and gave him a thumbs up. "Ever thought about being a Headmaster?" she asked. "You've got the look down to a Tee," she said jokingly. Amane walked to where Okita was sitting and took a seat next to her. "Sorry I was late," she apologized.

Amane smiled again at Okita but her smile wavered a little when she saw her new friend's eyes. "You look a little tired," she said, slightly concerned. "Maybe you should have been the one to sleep during your last hour." She jabbed a finger at Okita's arm, jokingly. "You alright?"

She looked up at Toriyama and noticed his uniform for the first time. She let out a smirked and leaned even closer to Amane so he won't hear her. "Did you notice what Toriyama-san is wearing?"

Ichiro started to use the chalk on the old blackboard and stepping to the side allowing Miyavi to see.
'I am nothing without my daddies precious name.'
Ichiro smirked. Remember to read it loud and clear so the ladies hear you.

"No, I didn't notice," she said, turning to look around at Toriyama. She looked at him in his tennis uniform and blushed slightly. He looked cute athletic in the blue and white, and the smile did nothing but improve his features. But of course, Amane would never admit that.
She rolled her eyes at Okita and said quite snootily, "Who does he think he is? Kunimitsu Tezuka*?" Amane huffed to show her indifference and rolled her eyes again. "He's such a show-off."
Amane watched as Toriyama walked up to the board and gave the boy, "Ito-kun", instructions on how he would spend his detention. She read the sentence quitely to herself and gave first, Toriyama, then the boy and finally Okita a questioning look. Had she missed something? In the name of rainbows and four-leaf clovers would Toriyama-kun want the boy to say that? Besides, wasn't it Okita and Amane that had been talking? Why was the boy here in the first place? She turned to Okita, expecting her to explain everything.

As she watched Amane observe Toriyama, she couldn't help but notice that her friend showed a slight crimson color on her cheeks. But once hearing what she said, Okita assumed that maybe she was reading a bit too much.
"He's very annoying. I would not be surprised if he already tried to get into your skirt." She smirked. "Show off, that's an understatement."
Okita looked at the board, confused herself. She did not socialize too much with people in the school, the exception being Amanda, Toriyama, even if it is on a negative and Amane. When she turned to Amane who gave her a confused look, she returned the same expression. She shrugged not trying to understand what goes on in Toriyama's brain.

"I am nothing without my daddies precious name." Miyavi started to say in a steady voice with even a hint of proud. The fact he had an audience didn't bother him the slightest but he wasn't going to let Toriyama win.

She watched the other boy in the room do exactly as Toriyama had ordered. Amane swallowed. She hated bullies and bullying, and though she didn't want to believe it, she was starting to suspect that Toriyama-kun was a bit of a bully, or at least had bully-like tendencies.
The boy recited his lines more like a proud POW than a school boy in trouble. Was this suppose to be a war zone? If Amane looked out at the schoolyard would she be able to see barbed-wire fences that marked the DMZ? Homeroom hadn't been much different than this. What Amane had taken as friendly teasing had quickly showed itself to be malicious jabs. The worst of everything was that everyone seemed to actually be really nice. Away from each other Amane would have never thought anything bad about any of them (except perhaps a certain "bad ass" blond's taste in music).
Amane turned her full attention at Toriyama. She looked at him because there was no one else to look at, and he was the oldest. Amane didn't blame Toriyama for anything, she was simply curious, curious about Gakuin, curious about the students in it. Why did they act the way they did, and more importantly, why did they expect her to do the same? Sure she was the new kid, but weren't they at least going to explain how things worked so Amane would actually have time to form an opinion. Just shoving bits of conversation wasn't enough to pin a suspect, much less solve a crime-if she related her new school to a Crime Drama.
Honestly, what was this school on about? Amane was almost fed up with it. Everyone seemed to not show any signs of caring about the way their classmates treated each other. This wasn't to say nothing like this ever happened anywhere else, however. Amane had moved to just about everywhere, no school was perfect, but at least there were some comrades in the classes. Everyone seemed to be against everyone here.
She looked at the boy again, and Okita, then back at Toriyama. With a smile, more at herself than anyone else, Amane resolved to make a whole group of friends. Even if she didn't graduate them, even if there was a chance this would be her first and last year, Amane was determined to leave these new friends of hers behind with new friends of their own; maybe even some that they had known all along but had never really taken the time really know. It was probably just a pipe dream, but Amane was famous for those and never doubted them for a moment.

Locking Ito in the closet wasn't an option either, his grandfather would kill him for hurting their money supply. He wasn't about to sit here and let Ito mock him as well. "That's enough."

Okita gave a surprised look. "O, he hasn't?" She gave a sarcastic teasing voice. "Then he must really like you."
Okita observed, still lost on what was occurring. The boy did not seem at all bothered with what was going on which seem to make Okita even more confused on Ichiro's intentions.
She looked back at her unsolved math problems. Starting to work on one of them again when she heard Ichiro speak, but she was unsure if he said it annoyed or defeated.
She looked up at Amane for a minute dropping her pencil realizing something. "Wait, is Toriyama-san using us?"

Okita returned to her homework, Amane looked over to see that it was math. With a sigh, she decided it would probably be a good idea to get some of her studying done as well.
Sachio would have it in for her when she finally got back home. Mountains of dishes would definitely be waiting for her when she arrived. There was no way she'd get anything done unless she started now. Amane reached into her backpack and pulled out her World History textbook to finish the reading assignment.
Amane looked up from her book to give yet another questioning look at Okita. "What do you mean?" she asked, feeling slightly jumpy.

"Well all boys are like that, right? I could be wrong."
It was a general response and Okita continued trying to figure out the response to her math problem. To be honest she did not want to speak about Toriyama anymore just because she really did not have anything positive to say about him.
Still looking down at her paper she said. "Well it is obvious, he has us here to do whatever we please and be an audience to his humiliation towards that boy. He made it clear when he said he wants the boy to speak clearly for us to hear him." As she spoke she found the answer to the math problem and gave a slightly proud grin.
Dropping the pencil she turned to Amane and smiled. "But it’s better than us being in detention elsewhere."

"Its okay the same goes for me, only thing is I don't pretend I managed it on my own. As for when you leave next year what do you think will happen to this school? Kazuya-san will gain control, you don't expect that Miki kid to stop us do you? And Kitamura, I heard she is sleeping with the enemy so to speak. When you leave so does your name and everything you did, now who is nothing without their daddies precious name." It was spiteful but true, they were winning this war in this school.

"Yes he is smart just look at him. He dedicated his life to this false dream and made a name for himself. He has nothing outside of this room, no friends, no girlfriend, and no future besides of what his daddy gives him. Really smart to make such a false world that in the end he accomplished something at least in his own mind even if it is nothing."
