Sunday November 20 - (9:01 pm) - At the school festival

[OOC: Time is up! You all even had and extra week because a loss of Internet kept me from posting it sooner but here it is. The judging was done anonymously but fairly. The ones that wouldn't make passable cross dressers, you know who you are, were taking out pretty early. Even though we couldn't see an actually picture we worked with your descriptions.]

Ax, Ryo, Haitani, Kurosaki, Miyavi, Jiro, Shuichi, Kazuya, Shige, Mattie, Aishida, Miki, Kasai))
Toriyama stood on stage with the rest of his classmates as the judges discussed quietly amongst themselves. After a moment they each wrote something on a paper before finally handing it to Yamawa.
Yamawa made himself more of the host of the show rather then a judge, standing on stage with the boys and announcing them. Ichiro was suspicious that it was his attempt to be on stage with the boys.
"Attention everyone I hold here the name of our winner. I would like everyone to keep in mind that we just didn't judge in looks but in how well they passed as a female and their costume." he said in his overly feminine voice, "it was hard because some of the boys made really nice girls but they couldn't walk it off."
"I will now call the names of our three final contestants. If I call your name I want you to step out of the line and form another to the left of me." Ichrio got nervous it was now or never.
"Miki Kimura, Aishida Koimitsu, Shige Sakurai, would you three please come forward." Yamawa said as Ichrio hung his head.
"These three have come a long way they learned to be beautiful in their own skin without worrying about their gender. They also learned to walk like a woman in heels and without any trouble."
Ichrio sighed he had lost but Miki was still in it and might be able to save him if he managed to nail this. The people that could get his job as student president was Andrea, Aishida himself, or Miyavi. Ichiro could possibly use Miki to manipulate Miyavi but it was still a risk.
Yamawa was speaking again. "I will now narrow it down to our final winner. Our first runner up is Kimura Miki, with his innocent beauty this kid could pass regardless as a pre teen girl with her Sunday dress on and about to go play with her friends." Ichiro sighed. there went that idea.
"Now as for the last two they show both a woman's grace and mature beauty but more so then the other and for our second place winner we have Koimitsu Aishida. Leaving our winner to be Sakurai Shige." Yamawa yelled as the crowd cheered. He grabbed the nearby crown and put it on top of Shige's head as well as handing him a bouquet of flowers.
"Shige Sakurai is Gaikuin most beautiful boy, lets give a hand to our winner."
