I was supposed to resist the urge to post or go on LJ since I have finals...oh well.....at least I'm watering them down and not spending too much time writing an essay (reborn reviews xD).
Recently got into the pkmn hg ss craze lol. Been fanarting, playing some of my ss, rewatching some episode clips like "Ash vs. Jasmine" etc. and listening to the soundtracks. I love Red's battle theme xD!!! I think it's over played now hahaha.

Gonna post some of my fav pkmn osts that I've been listening to while finishing up my final paper that my prof kindly gave us a week to finish. So much nostalgia 'sighs'.
Route 29! hahaha I love how ppl can rmb the route music. I can only guess route 1 right off the bat. Pkmn D &P have different forms of route music of morning, midday and night! I tortured my bro by making him guess the route for each route music. He can instantly guess stuff like red's and cynthia's battle theme within 3 secs of the songs.
I think I spent a lot of time on my pkmn Sapphire since there was a huge gap before the release of pkmn D & P. Those pkmn contests were addictive!
I wasn't so fond of my pkmn pearl...The battles were laggy and the maps were kinda glichy. So when I played ss I was like, "WOAH! The battles are so fast , like they're abridged! Too bad the battles are so quick that there's no time to listen to the battle music." Took me about ~2 years to finish pkmn Pearl too and I didn't complete the side quests or even 60% of my pokedex ;__;.....
This stuff is the original! I think most original pkmn fans love kanto (and Misty) the best xD. I miss the original VAs T^T......Veronica Taylor played Ash, May and Ash's mom parts. She's so pro >
Kanto's and Johto's wild pkmn battle music sound very similar in the intro.

Oh and this video makes me tear up out of sadness and laughter. It's the scene when Ash, Brock and Misty leave each other after Johto. Why am I laughing at this you ask? Cuz Brock says at 4:25, "It must be the onions." when he's clearly holding a rice ball. Gotta love 4kids xD.

Garry Oak is also a type of tree lolz. I learned that from the notes from friend who was studying about the classification of plants xD.
And apparently there's gonna be a 5th generation! PKMN black and white. Not official titles yet, but kinda errr plain especially with the previous titles being all glittery and what not. I saw pics of it and it looks closer to what a rpg should look like. Instead of having a bird's eye view of the map, you have a "personal" view? Like in tales, etc where you walk into towns.
Pre-reged for AE 2010. I wonder if I should even cosplay? I've been wanting to do that for a while.....thinking of cosplaying as Haru Miura from reborn. 'sighs...and Kurot's prbly not going cuz there's comiket during the same time T___T....I'll see....I'm trying/planning to convince someone to cosplay as gokudera-kun....or any guy chara from reborn. But the problem is, how do I convince a guy to be interested in/like reborn> .>? Reborn is such a fandom targeted towards girls that guys barely give it a chance....well he said it's not cuz of the fandom -__-...riiight...urgghhh...i even tried googling, "how to convince a guy to watch reborn" hahaha. Nothing showed up of course. But then again, I shouldn't be mean and force someone to watch something they don't like lol. At least he said he'll give it another chance when he's bored hahaha xD. The first 20 episodes are kinda boring since they're pure character development and gag. I admit that when I read the first chapter I wanted to give up on it thinking, "what is this? the drawings are so bad.....the story isn't interesting...." But I continued since ppl convinced me to at least make it to the Mukuro arc. I fell in love with Reborn in the chapter where Gokkun gives Tsuna roses that are red from his blood while rushing to the hospital and getting ran over by cars xD. Chapter 29:Hospitalization...woahh...took me 29 chapters...but hey, there were around 250 chapters at the time and shonen jump chapters are short. I still have about three months to convince him lol. I have a feeling I'll fail though ._.
