Birthday Weekend
Well today is my birthday. Indeed it is. I woke up and recieved the nicest email from my father that was about two pages long. Then a delivery man came to the door with roses and a teddy bear from my family too. It was so nice of them especially since I cannot be with them this year. But I suppose that is the norm when you get older.
My birthday weekend went pretty well although there were some drama. On Friday I had my birthday dinner which was pretty good. Everyone had a good time I think until the drama started. Kevin and Sunil got into a huge fight because Sunil said Kev's team, The Detroit Red Wings, sucked. They were going to get physical but then Kevin just ran away. Tears were shed. After tht Kevy wouldn't come to Red Jacket with us. I didn't really want to go out either but since it was my birthday I decided I should. Especially since Derek was already there waiting for me. So we went and danced and had a good time. A lot of asians though, I am not sure what was up with that.
Saturday Ian took me out for dinner and to play pool. I am not sure whether or not I like him. Relationships just aren't my thing so I guess it is fun hanging out with him for now but I do not think there will be any evolution in the relationship. Oh I almost forgot to mention, I beat him at pool four times! I was making double bank shots and everything.
Sunday was pretty good. I am about to go out to dinner though so I think I will get ready. Twenty is a scary age.
