Though he hardly told me himself, it has come to my attention that Feliks hasn't exactly been...behaving while I've been busy.
I've put it on myself to try and make sure that this doesn't happen again. He's gone a while without being reprimanded and making him think that this behavior is acceptable, is not. But since I'm not particularly talented at this, I'm turning to the citizens of Liberty.
How do I properly punish him?
(ooc: Yes LOL~ You can get a hand in helping me punish Feliks for setting things on fire and sending Sindre to the Hospital...on his birthday. Feel free to reply to this in or out of character, I'm not picky. Any suggestions involving Feliks actually being hurt physically will be tossed out. But putting them in there for the lulz is perfectly fine~
