Here we go, to the Bridal Expo!
Well, i don't think i've mentioned this before, but i'm taking bridal consultant classes at Ashworth College. I'm almost done if the syllabus is anything to go by, lol. But those stupid asshats haven't posted my last few lessons yet, and i finished the ones before that at least 3 weeks ago. I hate calling people to bitch at them, but that seems like what i might have to do... maybe i finished too soon, cause i have like $129 left to pay them, which isn't much but they'll have to wait for it, lol.
Anyways, i've decided to start hitting up the local bridal shows and whatnot to see if there are any other consultants who are there that i could talk to, or just so i can get an idea of the local vendors in case sometime i'd like to open my own business (Which i would like to do actually, but that will come MUCH later). So today (in a few hours) i'll be at the Great Bridal Expo (dot-com), at the Sheraton Hotel in Center City (Philadelphia, PA for those who don't know where i'm at).
I was told by this girl i work with that this particular one wasn't all that good, and she gave me another one to go to, but it's at the end of the month and this one is today, and more importantly, it's free. So i'll do both, plus maybe one more next weekend i think... if i can swing it.we shall see. I'm taking my mom with me to this one since it's kinda last minute, but i might ask someone to go with me to the next one, or i might go alone, it depends on how this one goes. My friend Jeanette said she wanted to go, i think that would be fun... but i think she's on vacation that week... maybe i'll get her to go with me to the one at the end of the month, and i'll go to the one next week solo. We shall see.
