too tired to be witty
i have recently rediscovered my love for sophie b. hawkin's "i wish i was your lover."
days continue to meld themselves into one long, extended period of time, but qute a bit has happened in the last 72 hours or so. came down and spents some time with us. we went and saw the bourne identity, which i was impressed with, though nia & lou said it mostly reminded them of enemy of the state--which i haven't seen.
then on sunday, we woke up at the ass-crack of dawn and took caltrain to the pride parade where i managed to:
1. see bitch & animal & get lots of rad pictures
2. burn my nose
3. smoke a bowl in front of the civic center
4. meet a really cute redhead, go figure. and...
5. see lots of cute dykes
lou and i caltrained back to mtn. view while nia took a flight out of san francisco, we stopped at amici's for soup where i ran into an old friend from theatre. then starbucks for chai & madeleines followed by an amazingly needed shower, after which we smoked an amazingly needed bowl and watched lots of buffy. it was one of the best days in a while.
tonight is the last night of my 4 day summer vacation. i have class tomorrow at 10 a.m. which tells me i need to go to bed.
this should be one of the busiest, yet loneliest (it just took me 35 seconds to remember how to spell that word, and i'm still not sure if it's right) six weeks ever. pleh.
