All right... so I messed up while working.
It happens, right? But I guess it shouldn't happen while on set and the urgency to have those photos done before next week or else... I mixed up a few things while working on the models' hair. Apparently, one of them has an allergic reaction to one of the chemicals in our usual products, so they had their own special kind so that they wouldn't break out in a rash. I was told at the start of the shoot about it and was fine with it, but really... Couldn't they have used a different looking bottle? In the rush, everything looks almost the same thing...
Anyway, suffice it to say, that model had a bad reaction and was sent off to the hospital right away. She's fine, so no worries on that end. But we were behind schedule for those photos, so we called in another model and re-shot a lot of them today. Personally, I think they look better than the ones before, but that's just me~
Well, Shin (and the photographer) wasn't too happy about the mix up, so I'll be standing on the sidelines for a week or two to "familiarize" myself with products again. I would have suggested to just have the specialized stuff be in an obviously different kind of bottle, but then I'd probably have my ass handed to me even if it's a good idea.
Ah well... a small break wouldn't hurt. And at least I'm not totally fired, right?

Had dinner with Hiroshi and being with him again made me realize just how much I miss him. And I knew it was as bad as it seemed. He had a really tired look about him and though I wanted to say "I told you so" I knew he wouldn't have appreciated it. I did my best to get him to relax some, but whether it worked I don't know because he's just going to continue on like this. But if it gets that bad, I won't hesitate to just kidnap him for a weekend or something and get him to finally relax...
