Not a bad idea, no, though I cannot say that with any authority. Merely that it is a...departure from what you currently do.

Ah~ Not a departure. Not really anyway... I'll still work as TA, just do this hair salon thing on the side. Though if I do feel like quitting being a TA, then I'd have a job to fall back on. That's if I decide to get the part-time job.
