what a great weekend
So basically this was the best weekend ever!!!
I haven't been at eastern for a weekend in a month so it was great to be here!!!!
On thursday some people from campus house (my church) and i did a shout it out competition which was supposed to be a cheer/dance thing and our routine was so dumb but we went and had a blast and won 1st place!!! but we were only up against 2 other teams, still it was a shock still to this day that we won. Then the ultimate show was on...survivor..and i missed half of it but i got to see the end!!! im not as psychotic anymore about missing the episodes...which is good and bad!!!
Friday was great too!!! My rooomie Ali and i decided to have a harvest party with a lot of great food!!! I made this wonderful pumpkin dessert that my family always makes form thanksgiving!! ans we had apple cider and chips with 2 kinds of dip. Cant get enough dip!! and much much more.
Then kim was supposed to be in a relay race at the pep rally for homecoming. But her name didnt get on the list so she couldn't do it. but we watched the cheerleaders and the pink panthers...poms... do their routines and i have never wanted to be back on a dance/poms team more!!!!!!! i miss it so much and would give anything to be on that team!!!!
So friends and i attempted to hit up a haunted house!! on the way to the house we decided to have a D.P. (dance party) in the car!!! such great fun!!! this house was supposed to be scary enough to scare a 21 year old male...so we were pretty much peeing in our pants scared of it....but the attempt to find the haunted house was unsuccussful and we all just went back to my place to eat some more food and hang out.
Saturday started out with a bang of getting up too early. But we forced ourselves out of bed because we were going to our friends house for biscuits, sausage and fruit salad and to watch the homecoming parade with them. The food was so good, the parade was filled with a lot of candy for me!!!!! which i love!!! then we slept for a long time and wasted away the day but it was so worth it. At night we rented some friends dvd's and brought our mattresses out to the living room and had a slumber party!!!!!
Sunday was filled with church, homework, more friends, a dessert party at campus house, and major sleepiness. THE END
p.s. the sox are tied 3-3 right now....but when this is being read i bet most will already know the outcome of the game.
