I'm finally going to do this alphabet meme. I got this from regency-cate who got it from whitelilacs07. Cate gave me the letter S.

Soccer:
World Cup's going on right now and it's so exciting. The whole world is pretty much riveted, except for US. We, Koreans are especially so hyped up about it. Honestly, there's like a whole album of songs revolving around Korean soccery victory and cheering songs. There's even a cheer dance! Korea won against Togo recently and this Sunday, they're going against France. I hope we do well!! And guess what I just found out my friend is taking me to a World Cup Viewing Party at the Staples Center with Korea v. France!! This will be so much fun, and I must take lots of pics. It's going to be crazy-- a sea of reds everywhere. Thank you, Hannah!

Scones:
There's nothing like a slice of heaven in the taste of scones with clotted cream and jam.
Superheroes:
I honestly wish I was a superheroe with cool powers like the X-Men. I've always been more of a Marvel fan than DC however - actually DC I've never read any of their comics, only now through movies and animation. There was a little writing I did where I created my own superheroinne, I guess my Chick-Lit, that I was attempting - her superhero name was Miss Pluck. Her power was something like precision aiming, along with enhanced strength, flexibility, stamina, etc.
Songstress:
I like a lot of female singer-songwriters. Tori Amos being the main one. Fiona Apple, Sarah Slean, Sarah Mclachlan, Sinead O'Connor (wow lots of S's there), Loreena Mckennitt, the list goes on. Killer meaningful lyrics and incredible soundscapes.
Socks:
My beloved Socks. I've come across other cats, but they've never had that human quality that Socks had. He had a soul within his eyes, just something that felt deeper. Sometimes my imagination would run away and I'd like to think he was like Salem, a person bewitched into a cat. He was intelligent and liked to talk a lot.
Shoes:
More than handbags and accessories, shoes are my weakness.
Story:
Curling up with a good story is always a joy. Writing stories is a sort of painful joy. For me, more like birthing a baby that never seems to come!
Southern California:
lived here all my life. I definitely want to explore it more. I do love the variety here, so many different foods I can eat, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Peruvian, Ethiopian, etc. Los Angeles can be one sprawling mess, but it's what I know, it's what I love. Cerritos is right at the borders of LA and OC, which is nice because I can partake of both counties.
I'm racking my brains, but I can't think of any S words that I care to write about at the moment. So this is it for now!
