CC / TT dinner
This morning I woke up extra early to meet up with Chumpz down at the uni. We sat and talked for an hour, then almost went to a lecture but actually went and ate wontons at the Shanghainese place.
Warning for today: be careful where you step. When trying to get on the train, I misjudged the distance, slipped when I tried to gain balance, and my leg fell down between the train and the platform. Rather scary. But at least all I have is a big bruise; the train didn't take off and crush my leg or anything gruesome like that. ;P Maybe I should go write and complain to Connex or mX or something. :P (I swear I heard that this happened to someone else too, but I can't remember who it was. =\)
I was 10 mins late for the Info Systems lecture. Oh well. The lecturer has a wonderfully geeky vibe, but she made us get into groups and talk to other people. Bleh.
Macroecnomics has taken over my brain.
Called Tei and had a nice chat with her.
Annual CAV Table Tennis dinner at King Whale tonight. Tasty meal and two T-shirts to take home. It is a bit strange the amount of language-switching that went around on the table. From straight Canto to English to Mando to Canto again. Well it was a fun casual atmosphere, with a jokes competition and raffle and karaoke. And Michael played this Bach solo on violin! very nice! hen hao.
Tomorrow need to wake up early again for Tai Chi and then Doujicon later. Mustn't forget to put in Manifest registration forms! argh! *goes to do that now*
WoW: Apparently I've been to Mara before. That is quite cool. It is a pretty place.
