Paranormal State
So I'm sure everyone has seen the ads, and yesterday I posted a link about one of the ad tatics for this show. I watched it last night. This week they had a little boy who was like the kid from the sixth sense, and a family that was haunted by the kids that died in the house that they lived in and were buried across the street. And a "demon" thats following one of the investigators.
I know it can't all be actual reality. But it did give me bad dreams.
I'm not sure if I want to watch it again or not. They deal alot with "demons", which I'm not super crazy about. Fine, they can subscribe to whatever mythology tickles they're whiskers, but that doesn't mean I have to buy it. And he gave the kid "Holy Water" to protect himself. Ok, I do believe that objects are imbued with the powers that we alot them with, but a security blanket is still just a blanket. Whatever, as long as the kid thinks it works, fine.
I'll probably watch this at least a couple more times... We'll see...
