Part of the reason I feel like writing again is that I'm finally de-stressed from classes. I graduated last spring, and it took this long to lose that complete lack of motivation. Wow, that's some great college, there.

Seriously though, I have much more time on my hands now that working is my only obligation. Especially since working doesn't always go so well. I no longer work at Pottworks, Mike wasn't making enough money the last two years to keep paying people. He kept me until the beginning of October though. I'm still hoping the market will come back around for him, I really miss working there. I'm periodically working as an assistant to a sculptor friend, who is working in turn working for a guy who is ooooooold money in town. This guy isn't always the most reliable about paying people, although he always gets it done eventually. Right now it's been two weeks since he said he mailed us our paychecks, and we just found out he hasn't even written them yet. Something about 'they haven't wired the money from New York yet'. Yah. Right. So, we worked for about two hours last week, and this week I've kept every day open and called to see if we'd be working at all to no avail. I would like a slightly more predictable job in art now, please? It doesn't have to be too predictable, I know predictability in art is hard to come by, but just a little better than this, please?
