A friend of mind mentioned that you make protection amulets of some kind.

If you don't mind... how do they work? And would you mind making ten or so for Torchwood?

Ten? Gosh, that's a lot. But that's okay, I can do that!

And I'm afraid I really don't know how they work. It's all kind of instinctive and stuff.

Well, Torchwood tends to require a lot of protection. No rush, at the moment - everything's been relatively quiet for us lately, it's just a precaution. We can pay you, too, whatever seems fair to you.

I guess it isn't really important how it works, so long as it does. Just curious. :)

Oh, Torchwood! Right, Dan mentioned that. And I really don't know how much to charge...whatever seems okay to you guys, really. Do you want them all at once or one at a time or...?

Sorry I can't be of more help with that...I just know that they work, really.

Whatever's easiest for you. Though it might be best to have a few sooner, rather than later, knowing Torchwood.

It's alright. I don't really care as long as they do work, though a few members of my team might drive themselves crazy trying to figure out how it works. They could use a puzzle every now and then anyway.

Alright! I can get them to you in segments then, if that's okay.

Lol, I've been trying to figure it out myself. It's mostly instinct. I just sort of want the amulet to protect someone, and then it does.
