A little Team Torchwood action with a side order of creepy aliens and a dash of... well, you wouldn't want me to give everything away in the description, would you? This fic has all of that and more. It deals with a subject long familiar to Torchwood authors - what if Ianto wanted out after Lisa was killed, and what if Jack let him go? The question is answered in a unique way by this taut thriller of a plot, which had me sitting on the edge of my virtual seat until the end.
As for the characters? If you like the team competent, brave, and smart, if you like Ianto with mad research skillz, and if you like Jack being the savvy conman we all know he can be, then you'll love this fic.
