Dinner and a Show

For those who don't know, icewolf010 is part of an RPG group that meets on Saturdays. The group has basically been taking turns providing dinner (and sometimes they just all order our.) Last night, the_mithril_man decided to prepare steak au poivre. After the steaks are cooked, cognac is added to start preparing the pan sauce. Since the alcohol vapor is flammable, you take the pan off the heat and light the vapor to burn it all off before you bring the pan back to the range top.
