Back Home...
Trip back to Houston was alright. Hit up the zoo, Rice Village, some shopping. Never went downtown to do tunnel exploring (we picked a day to be lazy and just sleep in at the apartment.)
It's a bit different being back home. I kind of miss being alone. A lot. I can just go to my room though, even though I know my parents hate that. And it's pretty quiet, since my brother and sister seem to go out a lot now. I guess I could be doing the same? haha
I still need to unpack a lot of my stuff and hook up my computer. But my desk is so... cluttered. It seems to have gotten worse while I was away. Hopefully I'll get the courage to clean it up today? I have some really awesome toys to display on it now. I bought a bunch of stuff from HLJ, most notably SIC Kuuga and Agito. Kuuga is pretty awesome, Agito I can't manage to sit right on his bike, and the bike keeps falling apart. D: I might try taking some posing pictures later.
In other news, I got myself a Dreamhack! I want to finally try to help do some work for Dreamwidth, except I'm still just trying to figure out where to start. At least Perl is supposedly a lot like Python, so it shouldn't be too hard to get my mind around things. I just have to set aside some time to figure out how things work overall.
