Birthday ficlet: Merlin/Arthur NC-17

Jun 07, 2009 23:59

Happy birthday janne_d! I hope you had an awesome day ♥

Here is some birthday porn for you, which was totally supposed to be finished when there was more than 1 minute left of your birthday. Please forgive my fail-related sloth.

Live Tonight Like It's Our First

Merlin/Arthur | NC-17 | 2200 words

They didn't plan on this being the day they took what Gaius assured Merlin was already a wildly inappropriate master/servant relationship and added sex. It wasn't a bad day for it though; Merlin certainly wasn't complaining. )

nc-17, fic:merlin, fic, merlin/arthur

Hnnnnngh, yes, that's how to write Arthur/Merlin without ending up in fucked-up power dynamics, and how well you do it, too.

Thank you!

(I haven't forgotten that I promised you a ficlet; my het porn muse has just decided to sound like a romance novel so I'm having to fight her at the moment.)

(I am quite happy to wait, dearest. I'll trade you for a birthday ficlet that shall also be slightly late?)

Eeeeeeeeeeeeee! I was away and didn't see this, but it is wonderful and thank you very much - that is quite the birthday pressie. I loved your Merlin an awful lot and the banter is perfectly them. And also? Hot, hot, hot.

Oh, and for some reason, these lines made me laugh the most:
"Dear god, how are you so bony?" Arthur asked, having tried to put his head on Merlin's shoulder and then backing off with an annoyed sound when Merlin apparently jabbed him with a pointy bit.

"It's because my master doesn't feed me enough," Merlin told him, giving Arthur his most tragic expression.

Marvellous :-D

Yay, I'm glad you liked it!

*grins* writing their banter was definitely my favourite part so I'm doubly happy that you picked that bit to quote :)

Oh this is fabulous! I love the little touches of realism like Arthur not having a clue and Merlin stubbing is toe and it's all sorta awkward but lovely at the same time.
